A full stack marketing agency, known for its partnerships with leading tech companies, has announced a major rebrand, adopting the name TSC, a moniker familiar to many of its clients. This transformation marks a pivotal moment for the agency, which has served the tech sector for 25 years.

The rebrand, reflective of TSC’s new strategic direction, features a revitalized leadership team, expanded services, and a move to a new headquarters in Fort Worth’s cultural district. The agency’s new identity will be officially introduced at the 2024 HR Technology Conference & Exposition, where attendees will get a first glimpse of TSC’s evolution.

Ashley Bernard, who has spent over a decade at the agency, has been named Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Known for her expertise in customer experience, Bernard will continue to lead the agency’s transformation efforts.

“TSC has always pushed boundaries, and this rebrand reflects the innovative spirit that defines us today,” said Bernard. “We are a full stack agency, reshaping the way tech companies approach marketing. The industry has evolved, and so have we.”

Bret Starr, the agency’s founder, has shared the CEO role with Bernard for the past year. Together, they spearheaded the rebrand and invested in AI to modernize TSC’s offerings.

“There is no one I trust more to guide us through this transformative era,” said Starr. “Ashley’s vision and proven success make her the perfect leader for TSC’s next chapter.”

As part of the agency’s transformation, key leaders Racheal Bates, Vice President of Customer Experience, and JJ La Pata, Vice President of Digital Strategy and Insights, will take on expanded roles. They will help drive the agency’s innovative strategies in areas such as go-to-market approaches, brand strategy, and sales experience alignment. TSC’s new services aim to help tech companies break free from traditional marketing models and drive sustainable growth.

Starr will remain engaged with the company in his new role as Chief AI Officer, where he will focus on advancing B2B marketing theories, enhancing AI capabilities, and supporting client success.

“At TSC, we don’t just optimize existing models—we reinvent them,” said Bernard. “Our goal is to create meaningful, lasting experiences that resonate with people and build deep connections.”

With this new vision, TSC’s leadership is eager to bring innovative, client-focused strategies to the tech industry.
