At its annual Inbound marketing conference, HubSpot made a significant move into the world of artificial intelligence by unveiling “Breeze,” an AI-powered layer embedded across its marketing, sales, and customer service platforms.
Designed to streamline processes for marketers, Breeze aims to provide faster and more efficient solutions in response to the growing saturation of digital channels.
According to Karen Ng, HubSpot’s VP of Product, the goal of Breeze is to empower marketers to “rise above the noise” generated by the abundance of AI-driven content. She emphasized that while AI can assist with tasks like generating blog titles or content, human oversight remains crucial in the creative process.
